Product Ordering and Order Confirmation
1.4 When ordering on the site, the user must provide their details (such as full name, current address, phone number, active email address, and any additional information required to complete the order).

Product Return and Refund Policy:
At QuickRelief, we value our customers and are committed to full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy clearly sets out your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.-Consumer Guarantees under the ACL:
If a product you purchased is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Depending on the circumstances, you may choose:
- a repair,
- a replacement, or
- a full refund.
In these cases:
- Quick relief will cover the cost of return shipping, including any original delivery costs you paid.
- No cancellation or processing fees will apply.
For large or bulky items that cannot be easily returned, we will arrange collection at our expense.
-Minor vs Major Failures
- Minor failure: If the problem can be fixed within a reasonable time, we may choose to repair or replace the product.
- Major failure: If the issue is substantial (e.g., the product is unsafe, significantly different from its description, or you would not have purchased it had you known about the problem), you are entitled to choose between a refund, replacement, or repair.
-Change of Mind Returns:
In addition to your legal rights, we offer customers the option to return items for change of mind under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested up to 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- A processing fee of up to 5% may apply for change of mind returns only. No fees apply for returns relating to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products.

Shipping Policy:
Shipping times are 4–8 business days to your door.
1.6 The company is not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control (e.g., strikes, service interruptions). If known in advance, we will notify the customer using the provided contact information.
2.6 From the time of order, delivery may take 4-8 business days, excluding processing (up to 72 hours).
3.6 Delays caused by couriers like YunExpress or Exelot are not the responsibility of the site. Contact the courier for updates.
4.6 Delivery may be delayed shipment date. Contact customer support if needed.
5.6 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

7.6 The customer is solely responsible for tracking and collecting packages.
8.6 If a package is returned due to non-collection, and tracking shows it arrived at its destination, no refund will be issued.
